Plans for 2017 at the Witness Palestine Film Festival!
Our sixth season!
- Our kick-off event will feature Palestinian American writer and human rights activist Susan Abulhawa on Sep 10 at 2:00 pm, at the Rochester Academy of Medicine.
- As part of the KeyBank Rochester Fringe Festival, there will be a play reading of “There is a Field” written by Jen Marlowe and directed by Reuben J. Tapp on Sep 14 at 9:00 pm in the MuCCC Theatre.
- The popular film, “Junction 48“, will screen on Sep 17 at 2:00 pm at The Little Theatre
- A pair of short films, “Gaza in Context” and “Gaza Fixer“, will screen on Sep 18 at 6:45 pm at The Little Theatre
- The film, “Eyes of a Thief“, screens on Sep 24 at 2:00 pm at The Little Theatre
- “Occupation of the American Mind” will be shown on Sep 25 at 6:45 pm at The Little Theatre
- The play reading of “There is a Field” will have a second performance at the KeyBank Rochester Fringe Festival on Sep 28 at 7:30 pm in the MuCCC Theatre
- The film, “Disturbing the Peace” will be shown on October 9 at 6:30 pm at St. John Fisher College
